Welcome to Dad Mode Handyman. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services

Dad Mode Handyman provides various home repair, maintenance, and improvement services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are approximate and subject to change based on the actual scope of work discovered during the project. Final pricing will be agreed upon before work commences. Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Warranties and Liability

We stand by the quality of our workmanship. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, materials provided by the customer, or damages resulting from normal wear and tear or improper use.

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated cancellations may result in a refusal of future service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the applicable courts of New Hampshire.
